10.15am - Postnatal Yoga Class
(Gentle yoga exercises for women more than six weeks after giving natural birth or 2 months after a C/Section delivery. This one hour class is designed for mothers to bring their babies along until they are six months old (up until the crawling stage). The main aim is to take time for yourself, to relax and recharge, and to relieve tension and stress. The more relaxed and balanced you are, the more relaxed and happier your child will be).
12.15pm - Back and Neck Care
(Classes focused on Back & Neck Care from the system Yoga in Daily Life are well-known in Europe for assisting in recovery from back pain, poor posture and neck stiffness).
5.45pm - Yoga for All
(Consists of a balance of exercises suitable for all ages and levels of competence. Class includes relaxation, postures, breathing techniques and a short meditation.)
