9 AM - Yoga for Pregnancy
10 AM - Yoga for Mum and Bubs
11:30 AM Yoga for Feet, Knees, Hips
12:30 PM Yoga for Better Backs
1:30 PM Yoga for Core and Pelvic Floor
2:15 PM Yoga Nidra (short session)
The fee for each of these classes is by donation of your choice. These can be pre-paid online or brought in person to class(es) you register for. You may sign up for one class and then be on a standby list for any other class. Only pregnant women in 2nd and 3rd trimester may attend pregnancy class. Mums with babies 3 to 8 months old for mum and bubs class. Each class is approximately 45 minutes unless otherwise stated.
