You are invited to go on a deep inward journey into self-movement and stillness, softness and strength. This is a powerful Kundalini session that combines pranayama and Kriya techniques to elevate, expand and uplift your energy. While Kriyas combine repetitive movement, breath, and mantra to create a moving meditation, we will also go through some gentle asana to ground into our body ending with a meditation.
The knowledge Katie shares comes from immersing herself in many different cultures, traditions, and learning/un-learning from many teachers and experiences. She has completed her 200hr Vinyasa Teacher Training, 200hr Kundalini Level 1 Teacher Training (Yogi Bhajan Tradition), 300hr Sattva Yoga Teacher Training (Himalayan Tradition) to realise that yoga is a constant in her life, it is evolving with her and not simply something to be learned. Because nothing in life is permanent, each moment, each year unique, our yoga practice is always there, dynamic and alive, revealing to us what is relevant to that time and place.
