We will bake elegant French macarons from start to finish.
Using Italian meringue method and filling with chocolate ganache, we will work through the steps from creating the batter, to piping and filling these delicious biscuits.
Mademoiselle Pâtisserie classes are a real French experience (accent included)... in English. This class is for everyone from complete beginner to experienced bakers.
I will give you all the tips you need to create delicious French goods.
