This is going to be an amazing, fun-filled and inspirational workshop!
If you’ve come along to our Boulder Women group and you’re looking for a bit more advice/coaching, or you’ve been to Northern Rocks and you’re stuck on some of the climbs, or even if you’re new to bouldering, this workshop is for you!
This female-focused workshop will include yoga and mobility, warming up for climbing, tips and techniques exercises, demonstration and coaching, projecting (working on any climbs you like) with advice from the coaches, connecting with other rad women, having fun and lots of laughs!
Join us for a great time, to develop your climbing technique, and send those climbs!
You’re welcome to keep climbing after the workshop (but we guarantee to tire you out!)

What to Bring: Comfortable clothes (such as tights or loose exercise pants and a comfortable sports singlet or t-shirt), drinks bottle, food/snacks, socks, personal medications, climbing shoes (if have own, otherwise rental climbing shoes are provided).
Each participant will need to fill out a facility waiver before the event:
Ticket includes: facility entry, coaching, climbing shoe hire, all-day facility use, yoga/mobility session, yoga mats provided for use.
- Arrive a little early to get your shoes, an induction if you’re new to Northern Rocks and be ready to start at 1 pm. Tickets Available: 18
Minimum 15 participants for class to go ahead, in the circumstance where the minimum is not reached, full refund will be applied.
