Biodynamic breathwork combines conscious connected breathing, toning, movement, bodywork, and meditation to assist in the release of trauma and stress from the physical body. This work awakens the dormant parts of the self, bringing forth suppressed emotions so that they can be fully felt, expressed, and released, allowing for core wounds and traumas to be resolved and integrated within the nervous system. As these energetic blocks are released, life force energy is able to flow more freely, supporting you in the release of old patterns and beliefs.
Incorporating alchemy crystal singing bowls, the didgeridoo, and our elk hide medicine drum to assist in the breathwork process. Our singing bowls are deeply relaxing, cleansing, and heart-opening, the didgeridoo promotes movement and unblocking of energy in the body, our elk hide spirit drum helps to move stuck energy and integrate the shadow self. These instruments will be brought in intuitively throughout the session.
In this 7 week series, we will be working our way down through the belts of tension, closely corresponding to the chakra system.
As we bring specific focus into each session we are able to go deeper within ourselves and deeper into the practice, experiencing a deeper and more profound release and healing.
By practicing on a weekly basis you are able to get more familiar with the practice and receive much more.
Each week we will incorporate a different practice at the beginning of the session to open and connect to the belt of tension of that week.
As we release through these belts we are paving the way for the rise of the kundalini energy within all of us. Creating more space and expansion within the body, opening the mind and heart to higher consciousness, assisting us in stepping into a higher version of ourselves.

Week 1 - Open Session
Learn the breath, experience the practice on a more general level, a warm-up to the practice.
Week 2 - Ocular Belt
Focusing around the eyes and head, closely related to the third eye chakra.
Week 3 - Throat & Cervical Belt
These 2 belts are worked on together in this session as they're very closely related. Focusing on jaw, throat, and neck, throat chakra.
Week 4 - Thoracic Belt
Focusing on heart, arms, hands, upper back, heart chakra.
Week 5 - Diaphragmatic Belt
Focusing on diaphragm, muscles around the rib cage, stomach, solar plexus chakra.
Week 6 - Abdominal Belt
Focusing on abdominals, mid and lateral back muscles, sacral chakra.
Week 7 - Pelvic Belt
Focusing on muscles of the pelvis, genitals, urinary tract, buttocks, adductors and abductors, hamstrings and lower legs, root chakra.
