These classes are relevant for you if you'd like to:
- improve your coordination and posture,
- improve your ability to perform a particular activity,
- learn how to move more easily and efficiently,
- recover from or prevent injury,
- develop your self-understanding.
During the classes we'll explore activities to help with coordination, activities of your choice and answering questions. You are welcome to bring any props that will help in exploring an activity, whether yoga props, musical instruments, or anything else you can think of.
Everyone is welcome. No special clothing is required, though trousers are recommended rather than skirts or dresses.
