A second date released! Join Mel Macaulay for a relaxing and inward bound journey of Yin Yoga.
This 3-hour practice will apply longer held postures (up to 10 minutes) practised with relaxed muscles. All postures are practised on the floor and supported with bolsters, blocks and blankets. These props are used to support our bodies during this extended practice.
There will be plenty of time to slowly release the spine, hips, legs and shoulders. Get ready to completely let go!
This practice is appropriate for all practitioners, including beginners. Please wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers.
