This is a special yoga class for women that will combine yoga, breath and strengthening movements to improve pelvic floor and core function. It is set as a course with a strong emphasis on improving your awareness and connection to your pelvic floor, core and body alignment to help you understand how your pelvic floor works for you during movement and daily life. It’s a balancing practice between strengthening and softening to create body-mind-harmony.
It is for all women who have had children, who are ageing or who are exercising.
This course will only go ahead if the minimum numbers of 5 are reached, we will confirm with you before the start date.
