Our Online Hatha Yoga Classes are for all ages, conditions and abilities, including complete beginners.
Online Classes via Zoom are taught by experienced teachers. Individual attention and variations are given to suit personal needs and classes are kept small.
Instructions and support is provided on how to set up your space and connect to the online class via zoom. Students are encouraged to taket at least 15 minutes lying down in the Pose of Tranquillity to help you let go of your day and prepare before beginning the class.
Following a warm up, you are taken through Asanas, or poses/postures, with clear instructions given on how to do each Asana safely, and how to adjust each Asana to suit your needs. Classes are finished with a guided relaxation, which helps you release tension on a deeper level and takes you further into a peaceful state.
