Indian vegetarian dishes are tasty, nutritious and not expensive and you’ll come away from the course with lots of ideas and recipes to delight the whole family.
Approximate weekly cost of ingredients $15-20 - a list will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed. Bring an apron, dishcloth, a couple of tea towels and containers to take any leftovers home.
By the end of the workshop, you'll be able to:
- Make a range of vegetarian meals with simple ingredients
- Make a lentil and vegetable curry
- Use coconut milk and yogurt base in your curries
- Confidently use a variety of spices
