Come & relax with a combination of yummy restful poses (restorative yoga) & guided relaxation (yoga nidra).
We start with 30mins gentle restorative poses using lots of support from props like blankets and bolsters to get very comfortable and begin letting go of tension. That prepares you for a deeper state of release with 30mins yoga nidra, where you lie back and are guided through a relaxation process. This 'yogic sleep' is deeply restorative for body & mind.
Great for your physical & mental wellbeing overall and particularly helpful to relieve stress, alleviate insomnia and anxiety. Due to the guided process, this is both an accessible way to learn to relax and as an introduction to meditation. Warning: It feels amazing!
1 session $15, 4 sessions $50, 10 sessions $120.
This class runs throughout the year - you can start anytime & may register for 1 or more sessions.
Suitable for all levels.
Props (bolsters & blocks & blankets) provided.
