- Mindfulness practices to develop the ability to be in the present moment, to learn how to respond rather than react, and to cultivate a deeper sense of connection to themselves and the world around them.
- Breathing practices to help manage emotions, relieve stress and anxiety, and to strengthen focus.
- Yoga movements and poses to improve physical health, increase confidence and build nervous system resilience.
- Relaxation to manage over stimulation, improve sleep and boost the immune system.
All bodies and fitness levels warmly welcomed.
Please bring a drink bottle and wear comfy clothes you can move and sit comfortably in. Yoga mats available.

Helen is an experienced and qualified Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher. She has a yoga teaching diploma with IYTA (NZ), a Teaching Children Yoga certificate and certification in Restorative Yoga, and Somatic Movement and Mindulness.
She has also completed numerous Yoga and Meditation retreats and trainings over the past 20 years. Helen home schooled her children for 15 years.
