Bridget has 25 years experience and has studied Iyengar, Astanga, Kundalini, Vinyasa flow, Power yoga, acro yoga , pair yoga, Pranayama , rehabilitation yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, yoga for dancers, pilates & yoga therapy.
Bridget has been teaching workshops, retreats, private one-one, in studios and community yoga classes for over 20 years.
