This meditation retreat is ideal for those who would like to develop a calm and clear mind, through the Buddhist technique of Calm Abiding, by learning and deepening the powerful skill of being mindful of our mental activity.
The retreat will be in full silence and the meditations will include developing mindfulness using the breath and developing awareness of our own awareness.
