Bikram yoga is a 90 minute beginners series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a 40 degree hot room.
Our Hamilton studio uses FIR (far infrared radiant) heat which is a non-invasive, natural and safe form of heating, that not only feels great but is also extremely therapeutic and allows you to stretch deeper into postures and detoxify your system.

No experience required and no need to book. New students just come along 20 minutes early to register and we'll get you started. The studio is open 30 minutes before and after class.
