You don't need any prior experience, and even if you are a senior student you are still guaranteed to learn new extra-curriculum topics. Any fitness or technical level are welcome and appropriate.

- Rape prevention
- Dealing with chokes
- Dealing with bear hugs
- Releases from hair grabs
- Wrist releases
- Dealing with violent attacks
