It's FUN, it's ART, it's FREE!
In the October school holidays SCAPE Public Art will offer young people the chance to take part in an activity based on Christchurch's newest permanent artwork VAKA ‘A HINA by artist Sēmisi Fetokai Potauaine. They will learn about the mythology that inspired this artwork and creatively respond to it through a simple printmaking process.
Sessions will take place in the Activity Room, located on Level 1, in the Tūranga Central Library.
There are limited spaces, so bookings are essential.
Bookings can be made online. Check SCAPE Public Art's website.
