Meditation is a powerful practice that has the potential to benefit everyone. As an antidote to stress and tension meditation plays a pivotal role in getting to the root cause of tension enabling insight and a gradual process of transformation.
Creating an optimal meditation experience relies on preparing well. I use mantra chanting, gentle hatha postures, guided breathing techniques and systematic relaxation (yoga nidra) to do this.
I’m passionate about bringing traditional practices to the modern world in an accessible way taking the time to explain yogic concepts and language in a way that you can work with. Whether you are starting from scratch or dabbled or an established meditator this course will meet you where you are at.
