Head chef Hans' cooked his favourite Japanese food last week and we had a blast so we decided to do it again only this time we're going plant based... Don't worry though, there'll be plenty of protein on offer, just from plant based sources (woah...but from where though?). And what will you eat I hear you ask, just spinach and lentils actually. No flavour because we'll be too busy doing yoga in the forest growing our armpit hair. Also grass, lots of grass.
Just jokes, the world of plant based foods is vast and ever growing and we're going to celebrate the sh*t out of it, Japanese style.
Also natural wine is naturally vegan, yay.
Food and drink are included - come hungry, leave wobbly (but full).
