A stylish affair overlooking Supernatural Wine Co.’s estate vineyard, this event will celebrate all things wild about food and drink.
Ben and Sarah Cruse of Little Black Bird Cafe will create six generous seasonal foraged canapés which will each have a matching wild foraged cocktail or Supernatural Wine Co. wild yeast wine.
Award-winning mixologist Andrea Marseglia, formerly of Madame George has just moved to the Bay from Auckland and specialises in creating neighbourhood foraged cocktails. Andrea will be foraging locally and creating cocktails with his finds and his secret stash of fermented and preserved liqueurs and juices.
F.A.W.C!ers will also get to enjoy three samples of Supernatural wines. Supernatural Wine Co. has been pushing the boundaries of Hawke’s Bay and New Zealand wine styles since 2009.
All this is combined at the luxurious Millar Road, with its incredible vineyard and coastal views, setting the scene for a truly enjoyable afternoon.
