What is Ashtanga Yoga?
Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional form of Vinyasa Yoga. Ashtanga Yoga follows a set sequence of postures with a strong focus on alignment and Ujjayi breathing. The benefits of Ashtanga Yoga include: a stronger body, increased stamina and a clear, focused mind.

This course is hosted by Drazen. He will be teaching out of his yoga book 'Yoga for over 40's'. You will receive a complimentary copy of his book with your course!
Each class will be a mix of a small amount of theory and a practical part where the students will study the details of five new asanas each session, and refresh their knowledge of the asana's studied in the previous session.
In the final session, Drazen will guide the students through a full one hour practice that will give them confidence for their self practice at home or next class in the studio.
