This 6-week yoga course is for those of you who are feeling unmotivated, lost, stressed, stiff, weak and uninspired about life.
Yoga teaches us to find the balance on all levels, mental, physical, emotional. You will learn how to breath consciously and move in and out of stretches, postures, safely.
You can feel relaxed in class as there is no pressure and the most important part is that you can have fun and enjoy the process.
