3 introductory classes, come and take part in a Tai Chi class.
6 - 7pm Tuesdays - beginners level 1.
7 - 8.15pm Tuesdays - level 2 on.
Tai Chiallows for wherever you are now. It's suitable for people of all ages and levels of physical fitness. No special equipment is needed, just wear comfortable shoes and loose clothing.
