This Pure Meditation evening is an open invitation to everyone interested in practising meditation with others, to relax, find stillness and develop inner Peace.
We welcome those who have Pure Meditation and those who have learned other meditative techniques, also those who may be considering learning or who may simply wish to have some peaceful time for themselves. It is very helpful to meditate with others, whether you are experienced or a beginner. When one person finds a peaceful state within themselves it helps everyone to do so.
We will do some simple exercises and stretches to limber our bodies before sitting and then listen to an inspiring spiritual talk by Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharmaji or sing some spiritual song-chants to help attune to a more Spiritual state, so helping to prepare us for sitting in the Peace.
At 9pm a Winged Prayer for world peace and healing is said, so that our peace can go out and help others.
You are welcome to stay for as long as you wish or leave quietly at any time.
All are welcome of any belief or those with none.
