Sabato, a specialist gourmet business founded by Jacqui and Philip Dixon, has been sourcing and introducing superb ingredients to New Zealand since 1993. Initially based in their home garage, 18 years later Sabato is now a showroom, commercial kitchen and trade premises in Mount Eden, Auckland.
