Exclusive Hire (whole venue):
Exclusive Hire is perfect for a large group (150 - 500 guests) function. This means that you will have exclusive access to the area and the bar, and control over the music and atmosphere. We don’t charge a hiring fee for this, although we do ask for a minimum spend amount which varies depending on the day of the week, the time of the function and the time of the year.
The venue can host up to 500 guest, if this sounds like you, let us know the date you’re looking at and we’ll get a minimum spend value to you. To lock in the date, we require a 20% deposit of the minimum spend amount.
Exclusive Hire (outside):
At La Zeppa, we have a pretty awesome outdoor deck, it even has its own bar and DJ booth. This can be made private for your event. This area is perfect for 80 - 200 guests. To lock the date in, we require a 20% deposit of the minimum spend amount.
Reserved areas (inside & outside) drinks and nibbles:
This is great for all types of bookings; engagements, birthdays, work functions, the more space you need the more space you reserve if you group is 20 - 150 people then this is the option for you. This can be in our dining area, areas of the bar and sections of our outside area. We don’t charge for this space, however we do require a small deposit to reserve this area.
Reserved tables (inside & outside) dining:
Groups of 20 or more for dining we like to have a catch up prior to you coming in. We love having big groups of diners but it can be a bit more technical making it run smoothly. To make things easier, we can do a pre-order or have a set menu, or both.
