Thanks to our mates at CBD Events we are bringing you free mindfulness sessions - Each Tuesday at 12:30pm Joyful Co-founder Nick Joy will facilitate outdoor Mindfulness to relax your mind.

These session are open to everyone, no experience necessary. Week by week we will explore new topics while developing the following...

- Cultivate present moment awareness
- Establish emotional intelligence
- Tools to use anywhere and anytime
- Increase brain power and productivity
- Promote clarity of thought
- Improve mental stability and focus
