Teenagers! Welcome to give Yoga a try!
On the 1st of July there will be a one off Try-it-out class ($10), for you to find out if yoga could be something for you! After the school holidays there will be a 5-weeks course ($55), starting on the 22nd of July.
These classes are specifically created for Teenagers. Yoga is helping you to balance and relax your body and mind - as well as your emotions and nervous system. By moving through yoga poses in a mindful, loving and fun way, you will learn to connect with your body, build awareness and a sense of ease. Here you will also learn to tune into the breath, calming the mind and increasing concentration. Feel more comfortable and confident within your body.
There are yoga mats and blankets for you to use, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like.
Bring your friends and come give yoga a try! But please make sure to let Charlotte know that you are coming, as spaces are limited. Charlotte is a certified yoga teacher and has been practising yoga since she was a teen herself, so she feels very passionate about sharing this profound practise with young adults!
