Join us for 5 weeks Yoga Basics Course for absolute beginners, or regulars of the yoga to revisit your practice.
In 5 weeks we will learn all basic yoga postures with variations suitable for your practice; several basic breathing, meditation and relaxation technique. Course includes provided printed description of studied material for you to take home, short home sequences to practice and videos of postures.
Mats, blocks, blankets are available for you to use during the course.
