This year we offer a special 6 course Valentine's day degustation fusion Menu at Spring Kitchen in the heart of Wellington CBD plus a glass of bubbly on arrival.
The menu will include:
Soy marinated beef and Filipino coconut palapa kulcha
Torched market fish, Fermented chilli pomme de terre au four, miso, honey, hazelnut jus
Raw mango granita, pink salt, rhubarb
Neck of lamb, pickled onions, peach and mango panna, sprouts tips, burnt onion, ginger, masala orzo
Thyme, coffee and coconut sugar, chai angaise, drunken basil seeds
