Originated in China, Taiji is the practice of the 'Dao de Jing' principles. Taiji practice allow us a deep connection into the body, and ourselves while emphasizing a smooth constant movement. The aim of the training is personal and internal growth but the benefits are many - it strengthen the health of the body and its smoothies; deepens the breathing, stabilize the mind, calming, relaxing and balancing.
