Learn how easy it is to produce your own fresh and tasty flavoured oils, make chili jam and create tasty garden pickles, relishes and more. A great way to keep the taste and goodness of the season for you to enjoy later and eat healthy.

In this hands on - practical course you will be required to supply your own jars and ingredients. A list will be sent out on registration or two weeks prior to the class date, so that lost cost seasonal ingredients can be utilised to their full potential.
