Bring your knives from home and our chef will show you how to sharpen them and show you how to take care of them. We will also cover knife selection and give advice on the best places to pick up good quality knives that will last you a lifetime.
Using your new-found skills you will cook a delicious meal and enjoy it with the Chef. The menu includes a delicious chicken Caesar salad and a roast kumara, feta and vegetable dish, glass of complimentary wine and complimentary non-alcoholic drinks.
