The greenhouse is my saviour! A toasty warm environment that extends the season an extra 3 months either side, allowing me to easily provide homegrown vegetables for the family year round.
It is a tricky beast though – sucking insects flourish, soil loses its omph easily and disease explodes in the moist, warm air.
