We are honored to introduce Yoga teacher, doula and women’s health educator Jaguar Carrell, who will be bringing her wisdom to Urban Yoga for a special Pregnancy Yoga course in November-December.
In this special 4-week course you will experience an enriching programme perfect for your pregnancy and birth preparation journey. Jaguar’s intention is to gently guide you back to the innate wisdom of the body and create a safe space for you to connect to yourself and your baby.
