The Night Watch are delighted to invite you and your family/friends to our second early music concert of 2019. This concert, titled Every Breath You Take showcases the unique and little heard sound of the chalumeau and baroque clarinet. Australian Andrew Doyle will join us and team up with Wellington's own Mark Cookson for the Telemann double chalumeaux concerto on original instruments.

We are also very excited to have dynamic Melbourne based baroque violinist Lizzy Welsh coming to lead some glorious chamber music including the beautiful Pachelbel's Canon and Gigue and the dramatic Buxtehude trio sonata in A major. We are thrilled to have violinist HyeWon Kim, recorder player Kamala Bain, harpsichordist Douglas Mews and viola da gamba/baroque cello player Imogen Granwal making up the full instrumental complement. Our wonderful voices for this concert are Pepe Becker, Helen Acheson, Phillip Collins and David Morriss and we will be presenting the New Zealand premiere performance of Zelenka's Immisit Dominus Pestilentiam ZWV58.

July 13 at 6pm at St Luke's, cnr Church and Main Sts, Greytown.
