Level 5 Culinary Arts proudly presents our Chefs Table "moving feast" - a evening of culinary celebration with food and beverages provided by the 2nd year Culinary Art Cookery students. 4 courses - 4 rooms.
Come hungry and be prepared to be surprised. Highlights will include Marlborough regal salmon, Canterbury Lamb, Tasty treats, tempting sweets, homemade preserves and pickles and our Mad Hatter Dessert Party
All profits from our student led events will go to Code Purple Scholarship Fund (in memory of past Tutor Catherine Dunkley) to support future cooking students in the Nelson/Tasman region.
Catherine taught at NMIT for over 20 years in the Cooking and Culinary Arts Department. Her Favorite color was Purple
She was firm but fair to all students and worked tirelessly to help and support all students. She has trained thousands of students throughout her long career in Chef Whites (with purple buttons !)
