Our uniquely NZ Yoga Teacher Training programme is a journey into becoming an authentic well rounded Yoga Teacher.

Discover your individual gifts and purpose and how you can share them to impact positive change and healing in your community. Whether you want to teach or just undertake our programme as a journey of self discovery - it’s up to you!

We explore the weaving together of ancient Yoga and Te Ao Māori teachings over four comprehensive modules.

Our programme follows the Māori model of Hauora/Wellbeing through the four pillars of Te Whare Tapa Whā. This holistic view of overall wellbeing is the very same taken by yogis. Together we work towards a deeper connection to our self, to others and to something way greater, in order to be of service in this world.

Our training encompasses functional anatomy, intelligent alignment, sequencing, practical teaching experience & coaching, Yogic Philosophy and the parallels with Te Ao Māori, meditation, mantra, kirtan/waiata, the art of teaching to all bodies, minds and hearts as well as the art of assisting and trauma sensitive awareness.

Above all, this journey will hold you deeply in the space of your own healing and self-study. You will be empowered with the tools, courage and purpose to be an impactful and connected teacher/human.

With many years teaching & training experience between them as well as extensive backgrounds in music, the art of teaching, service to the community in mental health & prisons, Jase Te Patu & Justine Hamill will be your guides over all four modules, You will be Awhi-ed (supported, embraced) with aroha and grace throughout this whole process.
