The Settlement Seminar Centre is on a 20 acre site, nestled in a circle of community houses. Visitors are welcome to explore the site. The buildings are award-winning design, modern, simple, comfortable and well maintained. Access to all buildings is wheelchair friendly. Access between the Quiet Room, Common room/Dining, Sleepinghouse, toilets all under cover. Units are within 30 metres. Visitors are welcome to use the 12 metre pool at their own risk. All facilities are protected by a fire detection and alarm system. Smoking is not permitted in the buildings. We ask that alcohol not be brought into or consumed on the premises.
