Japanese restaurant Tatsushi opened on Monday 20th of August 2012. Tatsushi started his chef career in Japan 17 years ago and opening a restaurant has been a dream of his for several years. He has a deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine having worked in traditional Japanese restaurants, hotels, as well as sushi and tofu restaurants.
Utilising Tatsushi’s experience as a Japanese chef, the concept of his restaurant is to focus on keeping true to authentic Japanese flavours. In Japanese cuisine, it is vital to use fresh ingredients and to change with the seasons. For this reason, the menu will often change on a monthly basis. There are sushi and bento box options available for take away.
