Are you feeling tired, stressed out, have tight muscles, and want to improve your flexibility and strength, but not sure what to do?
Then come and join us for a complete Beginner Ashtanga Yoga class instructed by Sarah Zhang who is RYT500(h) certified.
Regular practice of Ashtanga Yoga will lead to improved body alignment, physical strength, flexibility, breath control, cardiovascular capacity, balance and muscle tone. You will lose excess mass/weight and this will help you to prevent injuries. In addition, your practice will reduce your anxiety and stress levels. As well as increase your daily focus and creativity.
The class will be held in a beautifully presented and child friendly studio in Newton.
Things to be aware of:
- Bring your own mat.
- Bring a blanket or jacket to cover yourself for relaxation part of the class.
- Bare foot during the class is recommended for safety.

- No drinking water during the class, but drink plenty after class.
