Our Sit and Be Fit classes take place on Tuesdays from 12.00 - 12.45pm.
Taught by the very experienced Sherry & Kath, Sit and Be Fit is a chair-based exercise programme with gentle exercises to promote general health and well-being.
The focus is on fun, fitness, and friendship.
