And the rich diversity of fruit, vegetables, flowers and wines in Hawke’s Bay have inspired local artist Josh Lancaster, and Master of Cheese and foodwriter, Juliet Harbutt to join forces to create a workshop featuring 3 gorgeous Still Life designed to bring out our inner “artist.
Experience not required just feel free to experiment and put into practice the techniques and inspired workings of Josh’s mind. How he envisages what he wants to capture and turns it into an edible, piece of art. For lunch you get to eat the feast – from lizard skinned avocado to elegant bunches of asparagus, lush, rosy-red strawberries, squishy cheese and luminescent red wine. How can you not book now!
