Yoga & breakfast is my favourite way to spend a Sunday morning!
The morning will begin with our practice - A Vinyasa Flow Yoga session to wake up the bodies for the day; before fueling them with a healthy, plant-based breakfast.
I am so passionate about bringing people together and cultivating more community and connection around Yoga - on and off the mat.
This is another perfect opportunity to do so.
All of our gatherings are very relaxed and down to earth. Bring your friends or make new ones... there always seem to be amazing, like-minded humans surrounding these events!
I know its a crazy time of year, which is why remembering to take time and create space for yourself has never been so vital!
