Workouts will cater to all fitness levels and genders. Whilst my private PT sessions are exclusively for women, I’ve had plenty of demand from the guys for mixed classes - so let’s get summer-ready together.
I'm a fully certified and NZ REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) trainer, who coaches outdoor group fitness, 1-on-1 private sessions, mixed boxing and martial arts inspired group fitness classes in a corporate gym setting.
