Mayra and Mel decided to come together to give you all an opportunity to enjoy the benefits of Pilates and Yoga!
Mayra, full of bountiful enthusiasm and expertise will guide us through some energising pilates, then Mel will be bringing some calm into the equation with some deep stretching and relaxation to help bring us back into balance. Hope to see you there.

Join us in Queens Gardens for the complete balanced workout. Energise your core, develop overall strength and stability then stretch out and relax your body and mind.
Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Led by experienced instructors Mayra who is a qualified STOTT Pilates instructor and personal trainer and Mel who is a qualified Yoga teacher and health and wellness coach.
If the weather is not favourable for exercise outdoors, we will be using the MiGym group fitness room located at 70 Bridge St, Nelson.
What can I bring into the event?
Please bring your own mat and wear appropriate clothing for exercise and layers to ensure you stay warm. Keeping hydrated is very important and although water will be available at the event please bring your own hydration. Props and limited spare mats will be provided at the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, however, we will be checking off names to an attendees listing. So please bring personal identification with you. If it is your first class with us.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
If you have purchased the ticket as a gift for another person then please make sure they let us know or have a record of the ticket purchase, as we will be confirming attendees who have registered by name. Please note that you are not able to share the early bird tickets between 2 or more people.
