In this 4 week's online training, you'll get a new perspective on anger.
Women have held anger for generations and generations, and we've learned that it's inappropriate to be angry.
So we keep it in until we either:
- erupt like a volcano, or
- become depressive (adding a good dose of sadness and mixing it in),
or we find other effective strategies to avoid feeling it.
Anger is one of the most powerful resources available to any (human) being on this planet. When we (re)learn to feel anger in low intensities, we can use it to say Yes!, to say No!, to say what we want, to make a boundary, to get out of bed, to clean up our messes, to make a decision, to take a stand for our destiny, and more.
