Yoga is an 8000 year old science. Daily practice can unite our dualistic nature into a unified greater sense of Oneness with all life. Yoga asana practice was originally designed to allow the body to settle into a deeper sense of stillness for long periods of time. It was an internal study of the movement of energies and consciousness. In this workshop we will explore 3 different practices that reflect on the 3 qualities of life: Tamas, Rajas, Sattva.
A short break will occur between practices to absorb and reflect upon the subtle changes. Please bring along a blanket. Equipment/mats provided.
