At Tin Hut Live we host local musicians and guest bands from over the hill to the south and from the northwest and east, mostly playing blues, folk, jazz or rock and occasionally Irish,.
Opening the October 16 show at 7.30pm will be The LINZ Workplace Choir who are renowned for their blended choral styles of waiata and accapella magic .
Mike Rigg with Clare Christian will follow before her band, " Jeep Road" with her on lead vocals and guitar, Joe Callwood lead guitar and Gabe Christian on sax.
Grafia will complete the line-up for the show playing a set of originals from their album "Ultimately Free" and several new singles off an EP they are finishing recording in the next two months. Keith Austin and Rob Maunsell have worked on these songs by Rob and Stephen Nelson, a lifelong friend of Rob's now living in Lismore, northern NSW.
The Tin Hut is renowned for it's delicious country pub fare and the friendly service provided by Kate and her team.
The door charge of $15.00 covers the costs of our professional musicians.
I hope you can make it to the fourth "Tin Hut Live on Friday" show. We're sure you’ll enjoy the songs, dancing, good food, chats and mingling.
From now on Tin Hut Live will continue hosting musicians and bands on the third Friday of the month unless announced otherwise.
